A specially formulated, readily biodegradable penetrant that can be used as a light lubricant. Because of the super high viscosity index of the HOBS, this product performs in many applications. BPL’s patented composition of additives and base fluids provides a protective, thin film lubricant. This natural oily film has shown in laboratory and field tests to out perform petroleum base oils in terms of natural lubricity. BPL is formulated to penetrate into close tolerance areas, then lubricate, and prevent corrosion. BPL’s ability to creep is demonstrated by placing a 3/8” x 2” bolt on its head with 1/4” of BPL in the bottom of a lab beaker; BPL creeps vertically up the threads. It protects deep into the core of a cable or chain link and is excellent as a light air tool lubricant and preservative oil for parts. This product has exceptional benefits over petroleum oils in these applications because there is direct loss of the lubricant into the water, soil or work environment.

The addition of a food grade tackifier provides adhesiveness to the performance of BPL. Some applications and environmental conditions may require an additional tacky surface film that protects equipment from corrosion. The tackifier also holds the lubricant to the surface of moving parts and improves anti-wear properties.

BPL Plus Moly and Tackifier has performance advantages in some applications such as high speed roller chains, cables and moving parts. This product penetrates rapidly and adheres to the application, forming a lubricating film that cannot be wiped away by extreme pressures and high speeds. It protects metal surfaces from rust and corrosion that are exposed to environmental conditions. The molybdenum disulfide (Moly) provides an extreme pressure lubricant that reduces friction and wear.

Bio-Power is a soy based diesel fuel conditioner formulated to improve fuel economy and power, overcoming the known problems associated with today's fuel. Bio-Power provides approved EPA standards for world class "Premium Diesel" injector cleanliness, lubricity and stability. Improves fuel economy, (4.1% to 13.6%), horsepower, (up to 5.6%), reduces exhaust emissions, (up to 42% less black smoke).

Our 2-Cycle engine oil has been especially designed to operate in water-cooled gasoline engines for the boating industry and in 2-cycle air cooled engines for general purpose equipment and for personal and recreational transportation, such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, chain saws and lawn and garden equipment.

Bio-80W90 Gear Oil is designed to meet the GL-4 requirements of spiral bevel transmission and moderate service hypoid gears. This formula has combined Stabilized HOBS technology with synthetic base stocks and mild EP/antiwear additives. The result is an ultimately biodegradable product which has the long life heat stability, which additionally offers the protection advantages of increased gear life through extremely high film strength and excellent low temperature performance.

Bio-Turbine Drip Oils are fully formulated ultimately biodegradable vegetable based high performance turbine oils. Bio-Turbine Drip Oils are recommended for use in drip lubrication systems for water well line shaft bearings, irrigation systems, etc.. Performance is enhanced by use of the Stabilized HOBS's natural composition, which provides an oily boundary film. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS adds additional lubrication qualities to this high performance lubricant. These products should always be used whenever there is a danger of soil or water pollution. The best applications for these products are in the agricultural, construction, forestry, mining and marine industries.

Bio-Food Grade E.P. Grease is a high temperature Bio based grease with excellent E.P. and antiwear performance. The super high viscosity index of the Stabilized HOBS naturally improves the thermal shear stability and load capacity. It was engineered specifically for food processing and packaging machinery, packaging equipment is rust and oxidation inhibited and very resistant to water washout. Superior high temperature performance and good adhesion/cohesion properties. It has a neutral odor and is non-staining.

An excellent bio-based, biodegradable product that can be used to replace petroleum solvents for cleaning parts and equipment.
